Have a Design Emergency?

Illustration: In case of design emergency, break glassIn case of design emergency, break glass. Although we prefer to long-term working relationships with our clients, we realize that business sometimes throw each of us a curve ball. On many occasions, Fingerpaint Design has been called in to aid with a design emergency.

Consider these scenarios:

  • THREE AND THREE The regular designer is going out-of-town and will be unable to finish the project, three 16-page full-color magazine/coupon booklet. The books have been started, many ads have been started, someone needs to step in and help meet the deadline, three days away!
  • QUIRKY IDEA You’ve come up with a quirky, but great idea for a sales promotion. You even have executive buy-in, but now you’re struggling how to integrate it with the corporate branding and the clock is ticking…
  • COOL, BUT NO CIGAR You got the “cool” looking website that the hip design firm convince you that you needed. Only problem is, it came with a navigation scheme that users can’t figure out how to use. So much for being known as the “easiest vendor to do business with.”
  • Disaster: Charleston, South Carolina, Earthquake August 31, 1886. The worst earthquake ever recorded in Charleston.STILL WAITING In an misdirected attempt to save money, an executive decision is made that it would be more cost-effective to use in-house resources to rebuild the company website. Now four months later, the new site still isn’t launched with a “This Website is Under Construction” page to show for the effort. Now the heat is on to launch the new site, or else.
  • HELLO? The previous designer just stopped responding to requests. No email, no phone, no anything.
  • DOWN AND OUT Your site recently crashed and you have no backups. The gentleman who managed our site for the past three years has no further interest in getting it back up or continuing to manage it for you.
  • WHAT ARE FRIENDS FOR? You run a small business. A friend took a stab at creating a website, but you are not happy with the results. Now you’re looking for proposals to fix the current website.
  • AT A SNAIL’S PACE The web designer you were working with for the past month was moving very slowly on the redesign of your website. One month into the project, she quits.

If you’re in a bind and needs results now, contact us today and experience professional results that are on-time, on-budget, and on-target.
